Solid machine. Stuff missing in instruction book about the multitude of settings- how to fine tune factory settings, but backflushing was a breeze. The best iced espresso I ever had and the best cappuccino. Closing in on the espresso .

I have been using this machine for over 2 years and have enjoyed consistent repeatable espresso and Americano's. There is more than enough space to place a scale and cup under the porta-filter. If you like making multiple milk-based drinks, you might want to consider buying a different machine. After steaming your milk and return to brewing, the machine dumps the boiler and refills it and forcing the machine to reheat the boiler. This force you to pause brewing while the water come to temperature.

Small and compact, easy set up, nice features and makes great espresso.

Since this is my first espresso machine, I don't have a past experience to compare against, but it's been performing really well. I enjoy having access to detailed controls like temperature and pre-infusion timing. The reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is the overall feel of the materials. They look sleek, but some parts feel a bit less premium in hand; for example, the water tank isn't very easy to reach and doesn't give off a high-end impression. Overall, it's a solid machine that delivers great results even if the build doesn't feel as refined as it looks.

I just received this machine. It was packed very poorly. The insides and out are covered in polyurethane, clinging to the machine so it can't simply be swiped off, or even washed off with water. The fibers just stick around, and range in size from chunks to nearly invisible. I don't know what it will take to make it safe to drink from.It's very difficult to understand why the machine itself wasn't wrapped in plastic, or why a safer packaging material wasn't used. I'm writing this review because I wouldn't have bought this machine if I knew it would come like this.

This espesso/cappucino maker is such a disappointment. We wanted something with simple and had high hopes. First issue is the design - it is impossible to fill the water reservoir accurately without pulling it completely out of the machine. Overfill by just a small amount, and the machine shorts out until everything is dry again (which is what it should be doing, but seriously - it would be nice to have gauge to know when to stop filling). Second is not knowing when you either need a descale or backflush until the machine stops working. Lastly, can't count the number of times this machine has stopped working for no apparent reason - after turning it on and off a couple of times, waiting an hour in between each try, it comes back.

If you're an espresso or americano drinker, this machine is for you - compact enough to fit on a bar top, with many of the features of much more expensive machines. While there are reports that earlier models rattled badly, mine has been mostly silent for this first year I've owned it. This isn't the machine for you if you need to switch between steaming and making shots - it'll work occasionally for that, but it is really a dedicated coffee machine.

The machine is great and easy to use. This product looks to be well made. I would like the tray to vibrate a bit less.
