I've used this powder 4 to 5 times. Cleans well, and rinses out well too. I used it on my Moccamaster which has a transparent reservoir, so you can actually see the cleaning action happening.

I used it to descale my moccamaster after 100 brews. I followed advice from moccamaster by doing deep descaling-start the brewing cycle and turn it off after 5 seconds and let it sit for couple of hours and then finish the brew. I still wash and clean according to the package instructions. One can double check with moccamaster service department.

It's easy to use and does the job. I used it to descale my espresso machine which had stopped working because of buildup (we have very hard well water). One use and I was back in business. Then I descaled my Technivorum MochaMaster rather than waiting to have problems. I'll keep this on hand and do a better job of keeping ahead of the descaling schedule.

We were ready to replace our coffee maker. The water was very slow to work it's way through the cycle and the machine would shut off prematurly. One cleaning with the descaling powder and the coffee maker works like new again.

It did the job of descaling my coffeemaker, except it is way too expensive. After all, it’s only 2 small envelopes of powder.

This product is recommended for my machine. I will say I do prefer the other one, but this one does the job very well and as expected. I would recommend this product. The only reason I deducted one star is the price vs the other product, and there is a very very slight taste hence the extra rinsing which does resolve the problem. ( which really isnt a problem)

I used both packages as directed, but it did not fix the buzzing noise at all.

The cleaning light went off for two pots of coffee then back on again no different than using Vinager
