Beware Derzcal Descaler may not be useable for your machine.

This Descaler cannot be used with my espresso machine and a number of others. It is sold with no indication that this was an issue

Urnex works! Easy and quick cleaning, and so much better than using vinegar. Just a few carafes of fresh water after cleaning and you're back in business, as compared to multiple run-throughs of water after you've used vinegar. I use this monthly and it keeps my expensive coffee maker running like new.

Breville Autogrind is Fixed!

My beloved Breville autogrind had a turning off problem (it wouldn't). The Breville gurus suggested I descale with this type of thing instead of vinegar. Problem solved. Something must have been plugged up. Yet another reason not to give up on your machine. So far all issues have been solveable with a query to Breville.

What does the package state the powder is made up of? (ie, the ingredients) Saying it is "Non-toxic and biodegradable" is great, but I want to know the actual product ingredients, please. A picture of it would be best for me.

we use the urnex descaling powder and the urnex cleaning powder for our Techni Vorm Mocha Master coffee machine. I have noticed a product you make that is a descaler and a cleaner. Would it take the place of the separated ones i am using?

What's the difference between this Dezcal and the other one (https://theseattlecoffeegearhot.com/dezcal-coffee-espresso-machine-descaler)? Just that this one is 3 packs and the other one is 4? Is there any difference in the actual product?

I think the 4-pack is an older remaining stock version of the same product. The only version Urnex features among their household descaling products for Dezcal on their web site is the 3-pack now.
