Repair & Tune-Up Services
Repair Services
Due to liability, we don't offer troubleshooting or repair support over phone or email unless we directly support the machine's warranty. It's difficult to assess an issue without seeing the machine, some issues can't be diagnosed without the machine on-hand in our repair center. We can't provide repair estimates until it's in our center and fully diagnosed.
Tune-Up Services
Often, minor issues like leaking or grinder malfunctions can be resolved with a thorough cleaning. A Tune-Up is general maintenance that can also surface underlying issues before they become a costly repair.
If a tune-up reveals a repair need, we'll walk you through it — and it follows our standard repair process and turnaround.
Please note: We can only accept and service machines from customers located in the United States. We're unable to ship completed repairs to any address outside the U.S., and we cannot receive machines shipped to us from outside the United States.
We can only service and repair machines that operate on 120V.
A $65 diagnostic fee (plus tax) will be charged should you decline service, covering the cost of inspection and testing.
All repairs are backed by a 60-day post-repair warranty. If the same issue reappears within 60 days, we cover return shipping, parts, labor, and shipping it back to you.
