I like having the brush and scoop in one tool, efficient. And the fins to deflect any hot water from running down the handle.

Does its job at keeping things clean. Embarrassing to admit how long it took to realize that it has a steam wand cleaning pick?????

Must have tool

This tool is great at getting the grinds off and keeping it clean.

Not good for Rancilio Silvia

The brush head is just too thick for my Rancilio Silvia group head.

Works great

This thing really works. People mentioned the small poker on back of scrubber didn?t fit the hole in their froth wand but once the tiny rubber cover is off it fit perfectly. I have a barista express.

good brush

Works well though I must admit that it is bigger/longer than I had anticipated

blah.

I find the bristles too firm which makes it really difficult to brush out all the tight spaces because they don't conform enough to reach. The heavy bristles also apply firm side pressure which makes the replaceable bristle head constantly pop off of the handle. Not recommended.

Excellent product.

Great tool. Improvement over the original Rocket brush.

Highly effective brush

This is the standard by which other brushes are measured against. Easy and effective to use. Long handle prevents getting burned. Scoop is the perfect size for measuring detergent for backflushes.

not ideal for my application

The brush is too wide and too stiff to work around the group head gasket area so don't use it but rather put the other end to use as a measuring scoop for my calfiza cleaner metering dose. I use a brush that fits just right in ring gasket area channel and flexes so cleans but does not bind for my Silvia.

Best Brush

We love this cleaning brush! It cleans way better than the brush that came with our Breville express.

Works well

Stiff bristles to wash off any coffee residue from the screen or around the gasket / seal. Handy spoon at the end to measure out the right amount of cleaner.

Great - really great!

This is the piece I was missing from my coffee making collection - previously the next time I pulled a blank shot of water from my machine it was always a bit murky because there was residue from previous shots on my brewhead but no more!Great tool, great design, great price.

Excellent multifunctional cleaning tool

I own a brew gasket brush by a different maker than Pallo and this one if far superior. When I watched Gail use it in a video I thought right away that I had to get one of those nifty cleaning tools myself! So I did and it is great. I also like the fact the the brush head is replaceable!

love this tool!

This and some Joe Glo and you're good to go. Daily scrubbing has cut down on oils and improved flavor. Having the tool makes it easy to keep up with monthly cleaning. Consider this tool a must have. Brush is replaceable too.Pros:Easy To Use, Commercial GradeCons:

Clever, functional and colorful

Get the grounds out that paper towels just can't reach. Ensures a tight fit between the group head and the portafilter.Pros:Easy To UseCons:

would using this brush damage the shower screen?

Customer

Not if you don't apply excessive pressure. I've used this brush after every brew for over a year, and I haven't noticed any damage. I use it many to clean off the rubber gasket between brews (with water running). The bristles are relatively stiff so light pressure should suffice.

Ephraim F.

Use it in the circular edge of the screen, not on the screen itself

Michael M.

It does not. The brush is stiff enough to get the grounds off but does not damage the metal screen.

Tony K.

I've been using the brush on my machine's shower screen daily for a few years now and haven't had any problems. The brush itself has held up well too.

Leonid K.

The bristles are made of Nylon, which is a durable and soft, heat resistant plastic. Would be difficult to damage the screen with this.

What are the pallo coffeetool brush bristles made of?

Anthony L.

Hi Maserati n, the bristles are made of plastic. The bristles are very stiff and agitate the group head well enough to loosen up the coffee grounds while running water through. The bristles hold up to the heat quite well.

Customer

A plastic of some sort. They hold up well.

Cenk D.

Very firm, yet slightly flexible plastic

Where is this product made ?

Charles P.

It doesn't say on the actual brush, but the package for the three replacement heads says that they are made in China. I can only assume the entire brush/handle unit is made there too.

J
Jake E.

Is that a 1/2 tsp. measuring cup at the end?

Kaylie K.

The measuring spoon on the Coffeetool group head cleaning brush is a detergent scoop for measuring the appropriate amount of backflush detergent and is approximately 1/2 tsp.
