It's a natural processed lot, which means you can expect enhanced blueberry flavors and a viscous body to carry through into an oh-so-pleasant cacao nib finish, and that's just the first sip! A must have.

Echoing what others have said, this is a fantastic coffee! Super clean, balanced acidity, with jammy fruit and milk chocolate on the palate. Brown sugar and a gentle smokiness following behind. Fantastic in an Aeropress or pour-over. This is a coffee I keep coming back to.

I have tried 200+ roasts from 10+ origins and 40+ roasters, and Dur Feres from Boon Boona is still at the very top of my list. Cleanest pour over I have ever tried, and my favorite natural processed beans for espresso. Shots come out very clean and balanced between the blueberry note and rich cocoa. 10/10 recommended

Great Ethiopian Coffee

Really solid beans. I mostly brewed them in my Breville Precision Brewer and was able to get the cacao tasting notes with a hint of fruit acidity.
