Great Customer Service

Ordered this product and it came in missing one of the tablets. I messaged customer service with evidence and they immediately sent me a complimentary replacement. Product works great, and the customer service works even better.

Easy, Effective

Easy to use, and seems to flush out some gunk judging by the opaque nature of the liquid after use. Rinses easily, too, because no lingering taste. Highly recommended.

Quick, Easy

Love that they are in tablet form instead of a powder. Easy to use and rinse away without the odd smell that some of the cleaners have.Pros:Cons:

Does this work with Breville Barista Pro Espresso Machine?

A

Do these cleaning tablets fit/ and work in/ Breville's Bambino expresso machine, BES500 DBL?

Customer

They fit neatly in the rubber Cleaning Disc (which then goes in the portafilter) so it probably doesn't matter what kind of machine you have. I have a Breville Oracle Touch but I assume that the portafilters are all the same size (mine is 58mm)? The spot in the cleaning disc to put them is 5/8" wide.

can you substitute the tablets for anything else?

Customer

A previous commenter says yes.

Does it work with Barista Express? Does Barista Express has a way to tell "Clean Me" as Oracle does? Thanks!

Jenny H.

Can an off brand be used for the cleaning tablets or do you recommend this brand only? We have the breville barista Express. Thank you!

Michael

I use generic espresso cleaning tabs. Seem to work just fine. Make sure they are for espresso machines

Jerad L.

You should be fine using another cleaning tablet or detergent. I use the Joe Glo and just put a bit in the machine like I would the Breville tablets.
