We have been drinking Bristot coffee for 25 years. Discovered it during a visit to Northern Italy. Always a treat, can't imagine starting the day without it. We switch roasts every once and awhile, Sublime is my favorite.

It depends on the batch, but generally Bristot roasts a bit oily for a superautomatic.
