to fruity (sour) for my taste

Uhhh I guess I'm in the minority here but I do not care for this medium roast bean as an espresso. I might try as a pour over. I guess I'm a dark bean lover for espresso. I just get to much sour out of this bean for my taste.

Favorite Espresso so far! We have a Breville espresso machine and have been experimenting with different beans to brew. This one is so good! Our favorite. We have been to Camber coffee shop in Bellingham and brewing this espresso at home was reminiscent of our experience in the coffee shop.

Smooth as silk

Recommended by a staffer and honestly, couldn't be happier with this blend. Taste the cherry and plum notes, but none of the more acidic/bitter flavors normally associated with coffee. Truly a smooth satisfying way to start my day, brewing 1 or 2 lattes using my Rocket V2 espresso machine.
