A late evening delight

I recently purchased a grinder for my French press, and I wanted to give decaf a go for the evenings. This is truly a delight and has given me an extra something to look forward to. I do not have a developed skill to accurately describe the blend, but I can say the aroma of the beans is #1 of my coffee purchases so far. There is only one downside—I’m afraid I’m going to use it all up entirely too quickly!!

My go-to decaf!

These beans are amazing! My go-to decaf now. So far I've tried it with french press and V60 pourover and am pleased. Waiting for it to rest a little longer to try it as espresso. Very sweet and mildly acidic. It feels like drinking honey chamomile tea at night, in the sense that it's a calming drinking experience.
