Is there a version of this machine that is not plumbed? If not - is there another model/machine you recommend that is comparable to this and not plumbed?

Patrick C.

Hey JC,This brewer is a commercial machine designed for offices and waiting room situations. If you're looking for a commercial machine I highly recommend contacting our commercial consulting team at 866-372-4734!If you're looking for a home single cup brewer I'd recommend the Breville Precision Brewer!

What's a good budget alternative to this machine for home use? Specifically, one that allows you to customize the brew cycle and preinfusion time, but without espresso capabilities or dual spouts.

I recently purchased this for my shop. However, it is not being used at all because it always overflows out of the top of the cone. I have been able to brew a few cups of coffee successfully, but 90% of the time it does not work. Is overflowing a common problem or is it possible that I have a defective unit? Thanks!

Here are a couple of ideas to try:1.) You can increase the grind size for the coffee which will allow water to drip through more quickly.2.) There is also an option in the menu to use 'pulse brewing' mode. This will slow down the brewing slightly as well as improve the quality of the beverage produced. I hope this helps!
