Small Roaster in Nelsonville, Wisconsin -- Great Coffee

In August 2024, I visited several coffee roasters in Wisconsin on my Summer vacation. I did a little research, and I checked out Ruby in Nelsonville. My late uncle had a cabin in Amherst Junction, so I was familiar with the area. Their shop is only open Friday-Sunday, but the coffee was fantastic. For laughs and giggles, I bought their August blend because it was August and my birthday is in August. It ended up being some of the best coffee I've ever have had. I visited several coffee roasters on that trip, and Ruby and Wonderstate were the best. Great coffee.
