Good filter

Would be better if they would last longer once installed. If they sit in water for any extended period of time they apparently deteriorate.

This is a great product at a fair price. The people there were great. They were very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Will the filter clog and damage the units pump by restricting flow after 2 months? Should I pull the old filter and run the machine filterless until the new one arrives? Thanks

Chris M.

Does it filter lead from water?

Linda M.

According to the package insert, this filter only decreases lime scale. This is suppose to enhance the flavour of the coffee and improve the efficiency and performance of the machine by preventing malfunctione due to a build-up of lime scale.

Gregory Y.

Highly unlikely

Maggie R.

I don’t know. Sounds like a question for the manufacturer.

What do you set the dial at ?? The one on the top of the filter.

James M.

The numbers at the top are only a user aid to indicate when the filter was installed. Set the dial at the month in which the filter was replaced.

Ravi C.

The dial is to help you remember when to change the filter. I typically set it 2 months out (using the number on the dial as the number of the month) so I know that's when the next filter change needs to happen (but that depends on your consumption habits - you might want to change it sooner).

Juan L.

You set it at the corresponding month you're changing the filter. It doesn't really matter what you set it at though. The machine will tell when is due to be changed
