Great aroma and chocolatey notes but also quite bright acid. I couldn't dial this in with my Breville machine and was always getting really sour tasting shots despite grinding as fine as I could without choking and even reducing dose. When used for pour over though it really blossomed, but there's still that bright acid which I'm admittedly just not searching for. Objectively though this is a great quality bean and nicely roasted. Squarely medium in my opinion but I'd avoid for Breville machines; they just don't pull the best out of it.
