Overview

Keep your grinder going like new with these replacement burr sets from Eureka! Choose from 65mm hardened steel, sturdy titanium, or heat-resistant Red Speed finishes for your home or commercial grinder. You'll find 65mm burrs in Eureka Atom 65, Zenith, Helios 65, Mignon XL, some Nuova Simonelli MDX models with 64mm burr sets, and Rocket Espresso Macinatore Fausto grinders.

Which Burr Set is Right for You?

  • Steel - The base material for most burrs. These are all you need for home use, but have the shortest service life for commercial applications
  • Diamond Inside - Cryogenically treated steel for sharper, longer-lasting burrs! These burrs are an excellent pick for long-term precision
  • Titanium - A titanium coating over a steel core, titanium burrs offer a significantly longer service life for commercial settings
  • Red Speed - An aluminum-titanium combo coating, this further increases service life of the burr, and purportedly adds heat-buildup resistance as well

Fit in Nuova Simonelli MDX

Purchased the red speed burrs for a 2008 Nuova Simonelli MDX and they fit without a problem. Just wanted to review in case others were wondering if they fit the MDX.

Replacement blades

I replaced my Burrs blades with the diamond edged ones from stainless steel. The SS ones lasted about 2.6 years grinding dark beans the whole time. I recently noticed a change in the grind. After a bit of deduction troubleshooting I determined it to be the burr blades. I installed the new ones and was thrown for a loop because my normal settings didn't apply to these blades. I went from a 6 setting to a 0 setting and got a better grind output than the SS ones. I was very hesitate to go that low but it works and I'm happy now.I have a Rocket Fausto Grinder.

Will these work with a Nuova Simonelli MCD65? I've read it's a rebadged Eureka.

I was wondering what the exact dimensions are of these burrs?

Would these fit a rocket fausto 65mm?

Seattle Coffee Gear

Yes! Eureka actually makes Rocket's Fausto so their 65mm burrs are interchangeable.

They fit perfectly on my Fausto touch

These burrs are specifically designed for Eurekas that use 65 mm burrs, we don't recommend them in other grinders, though technically they may fit.

Would these fit a Macap MX? Its burrs are 65mm x 38mm x 8.5mm. My grinder can also take the Mazzer super jolly burrs ( 64x37x8.4mm). Bought new burrs 5 months ago and they've worn out already. Your titanium or Red Speed might just be what I need.

Patrick C.

Hi George, These burrs will not fit that grinder, they're specifically designed for the brew chamber of a Eureka.I am curious as to your use pattern though, we generally expect even stock burrs to last many years in a home environment and even in a commercial environment they should take far longer than 5 months to wear out. There might be a deeper issue with grind setting/burrs grinding together if you're seeing them dull that quickly!

Hello, Would it be worthwhile to upgrade from Eureka Olympus with Titanium burrs to the Red Speed burrs? I make 4 to 6 cups a day, but I do look for the absolute best espresso. Kind regards, Aart
