Mug has some restrictions of how it is to be cleaned. Additionally, it is a bit slick to hold onto, especially when wet. However, it is nice to drink a latte out of. Maybe not for everyday use. Negatives include, restrictions on dishwasher cleaning and submerging in water. A bit heavy and slick to hold onto.

I’ve been searching for small capacity double walled ceramic mugs for americanos ... not an easy thing to find, as I learned. These mugs are perfect for 6-7 ounce americanos, which fit nicely without threatening to spill. Impression: These mugs feel great in your hand. Nice heft, very comfortable and elegant. Performance: Definitely retains heat better than a regular ceramic mug.

I received this as a Christmas present - I enjoy my coffee out of this mug but the designers seem to be more into form than function. 1: I wish it held more than 8 ounces2: I wish it could be microwaved 3: I wish it could be put in the dishwasher

I love it. It’s classy looking and I like drinking from it.

While this cup is aesthetically pleasing I would not buy it again. My hands are probably pretty average for a male but I find this awkward to grip with much confidence. The shape forces me to hook my little finger on the inslope near the base and pick it up carefully. It does not keep coffee hot any better than my usual ceramic cup, is not microwaveable and is not dishwasher safe.

The picture lead me to believe that the interior of the cup also had a wide bottom. It does not. I have been searching for a cup (8 oz. or less) with a wide-bottom and narrower mouth to help concentrate the aroma of the coffee when sipping it. This cup does a good of job of what it claims to do... keeping the coffee warmer longer. It help tremendously to preheat the cup with boiling water. The biggest benefit is its unique look (for those of us who are into looks :)

Keeps the cup nice and cool on the outside and coffee hot on the inside. Also beautiful design put them in the front of the cabinet on display!

This mug has been great so far! Hefty weight and construction. Definitely keeps drinks hot longer than a typical mug. Only wish that it was dishwasher safe!

I was initially excited to find an around-the-office (non-travel) coffee mug that would keep a beverage hot during distractions. The Fellows Joey performed quite poorly in this regard, and was barely superior to an ordinary ceramic mug.  In controlled testing (data available on request) the sample immediately quenched to 180F, fell below the 150F threshold in 13 minutes, and below the crucial 120F threshold in 33 minutes. By comparison a Hydroflask widemouth kept it's sample above 150F for 35 minutes.  This can't be explained by the small volume and fairly wide top: the Joey barely beat a short souvenir ceramic mug.I will be curious to dissect the Joey for engineering forensics.  It may be that the ceramic has a metal core, which could explain the fast quench of the beverage - this cost 17 degrees of cooling in 1 minute! The copper-tone stainless base may also hurt: the Joey almost certainly does not have vacuum insulation.

I didn’t find it to keep beverages warmer than a normal mug. In addition, the capacity is small. Other than that, it seems very well made and is extremely attractive. I was hoping for something better. I glad I only got one. If I really liked it I would have bought 3 more but I don’t so I’m not going to do that.

very pretty... however wish they were a bit larger as 8 0z of liquid goes to the very top of the mug. Keeps beverages warm.

I am obsessed with this mug. I got one for both my husband and I and now we will not drink out of anything else.Keeps coffee hot and holds the perfect amount of liquid. Extremely sturdy and ergonomically perfect.

I actually drink my coffee about 8oz at a time but I wish there was a bit of slack for fluid. It fills to the brim. Other than that it is a fantastic mug. Feels great to hold.
