I like the product. First time I cleaned my Burr coffee grinder. Need to do it more often.

Essential product to keep the grinder clean and helps the user turn out better coffee.

Excellent product. I use it once each month on my grinder and it's kept the grinder working problem-free for over two years now. It's more economical to buy it in the large plastic cannister rather than the cardboard box. Also, their companion product, SuperGrindz, is great as well. It's designed for use in the built-in grinders in superautomatic espresso machines like my 2008 Jura S9 that's still working great thanks to regular descaling and cleaning, and now the addition of SuperGrindz (which before SuperGrindz came out, there was no way to actually clean the grinder in a superautomatic).

Followed the instructions and it seemed to clean the burrs quite nicely. No complaints!

As advertised, works and saves time.

I liked it but is seemed to me that it takes a lot of coffee beans to purge out the remaining Grindz product from the grinder. I find is easier to just remove the upper burr and brush it and then wash it in dish soap then thoroughly dry with microfiber towel.

Easy and works as expected. Keeps the big cleanings down.

The product really is a great addition to ensuring the mornings start with enjoying the true flavor of the coffee. The removal of the old and bitter residual oils in the grinder mechanism really makes for a huge improvement in flavor. Depending on frequency of grinding, I highly recommend this product be a part of your grinder maintenance routine.

Got the oil build up right off!

Just drop 'em in and grind away. Does require a few beans of real coffee to flush out afterwards. Not a substitute for disassembly and a good brushing, but delays the more time-consuming cleaning.

While these "beans" are supposed to really do the job, I still have to take it apart, clean it all and put things back together. But, it's good to have a helper.

I must not have read the item description as I thought each box had one pack, but to my surprise there were three in each of the three boxes I ordered...Yay! So far this product, which I discovered when watching your YouTube video (which I thoroughly enjoyed) on how to clean my Virtuoso grinder, has worked extremely well to keep the grinder clean. I have run this and then opened the grinder to check the burrs, and this does a really good job of cleaning out the grinder and absorbing any oils that have built up. I have a Fausto which is really easy to clean, but would still highly recommend this. I have heard you can use rice, but this is much softer - kind of like pellets of ground corn flour or something similar.

This product is a decent quick method of cleaning a grinder, But nothing comes close to dissasembleing your machine and cleaning manually. Ok if your lazy and in a hurry

My personal preference is rice.

NEVER EVER USE THIS IN A SUPERAUTOMATIC ESPRESSO MACHINE!!!!It's fine for a stand-alone burr grinder but it will permanently damage a superautomatic.

I have a 20 year old Rancilio Rocky grinder that's never been cleaned, and the dial that lets you adjust the grind setting has been immobile for years. I got some Grindz, recommended by sales guy Matt, and it freed up the adjustment dial so I could get the coffee beans ground to a finer setting for the new espresso machine I just got.Now, I am going to take the Rocky apart and see if I can clean out all the junk that's been accumulating in there since the last century.

Great product! Unless you have celiac as it does contain wheat. I unintentionally made a customer of mine very ill as she has severe Celiac's disease. I felt terrible. I do not recommend this in a cafe setting for this reason.

Grindz seems to have been around as long as I've been grinding my own coffee, a good many years now. It seems to do what it is supposed to do, just fine. To be sure I don't know of any competing products, though they may well exist. I will continue to use it.

I have a newish grinder so I honestly couldn't tell you if this stuff works to seriously clean an old grinder, removes oils, etc. I did have trouble getting it back out of the machine -- there were light-colored grinds still coming out of the spout even after I ground some sacrificial beans, and even three or four espresso shots later. Fortunately it is edible, and I haven't noticed an off taste.

Have only used it 3 times and it seems to be doing a good job. Haven't really had it long enough to know so will re-visit in a few months.

Following the directions, my grinder is clean after use of one application.

I tried rice in one of my grinders for cleaning and it was too tough, it got caught in the gear and bent the plastic ring holding the burr in place. The Grindz cleaner flows through better and has a degreaser ingredient for the old oils. Now I will never treat my grinder to anything less.Pros:Easy To UseCons:
