Clearly filters do an excellent job and Seattle Coffee Gear delivered them quickly. Delivery and service is critical for me and I'll be purchasing all of my Jura supplies from SCG.

how can I force filter change?

Hello, It may depend on your model, but we don't recall a way to force the filter to request a replacement on newer models. It could be worth checking with https://us.jura.com/en/customer-care/hotline-and-customer-service to see if your model has that ability but I don't believe there is a way to override it on most Jura machines.
