Authentic Italian - Avoid Barista Version!

This is a fantastic espresso, if you are looking for something to taste just like you are traveling through Southern Italy. Beware of a recent offering of "Barista" Napolitana from this site. I thought it was the same product, and I ordered 3 bags. It is a very different and inferior product. It seems that they increased the robusta ratio to increase the appearance of crema (this crema quickly dissipates).

Wonderful

Writing this review from Naples airport..Took me a a while to figure out the grinding size. The dark roast definitely has to be grinded very course.Once you figure it out its a wonderful cup of coffee.

This coffee is a smooth dark roast coffee that is easy to drink black! I truly enjoy the flavor. It is not bitter at all. We use this in a french press.
