We were told we could select a bag of coffee to take home with us after buying a new espresso machine from the store in Kirkland. We're a fan of darker roasts and decided to try the Klatch Rainforest Blend based off of the tasting "notes"listed on the package. You can absolutely taste the dark chocolate, brown sugar and caramel flavors. We went through the first bag so quickly, we just had to get another (along with a couple of other brands/blends to try). So far this has been our absolute favorite. Friends who have come for coffee recently commented on how smooth and flavorful it is. Consequently, it goes unbelievably well with the sea salt chocolate chip cookies I made just today.
