Quality construction, solid and well built. Since it was an open box purchase, I was not surprised it came without the water filter, which was easy to find separately. However, I was disappointed that the pressure gauge does not work, and there was no note about that prior to purchase. Still makes wonderful espresso.

Great machine with small hiccups

The warm up time is a bit longer than I anticipated. Even though the machine reaches the pre-set temperature on the display, the number keeps blinking while the internal components are still warming up. Not 5 minutes for sure, closer to 10. And I would make the hot water/steam wand longer - if you have a small pitcher you want be bothered, but the bigger one and small amount of milk might be a hurdle.
