The taste wasn't what I wanted; it wasn't very good as an espresso or milk coffee.

A solid offering from OCC

Brew method: Pour over, 16:1 ratio, 200 degrees. A solid offering from this roaster, but not my favorite of theirs so far (I want an IV of their San Sebastian Reserva its that good). Has a bit of a sour note at the end as other reviewers have mentioned. If that is a flavor note you'd like to avoid run this brew with a higher ratio for a slightly weaker cup.

its hard to buy other coffee now...

This is an amazing coffee. It has a distinct sour berry flavor. Although the beans vary in color in one bag, it always comes out tasting delicious. I like to pick out the lightest beans from the bag and eat them! :)

AMAZING

I have been searching for my go-to espresso and I think I finally found it. Plus, it's organic. Yes please! Delicious as both coffee and espresso, but I prefer it as an espresso.

Bad Aftertaste

I got this through the SCG 3 Picks which I gave a try for the first time. I've made around 5 pots of this coffee using various grinds and methods (drip, press, and pour over) and no matter what the aftertaste is so prevalent and lasting. Nonetheless to say, the taste is not a good one. This blend, and possibly the roaster as well, has gone on my Do Not Buy Again list.
