Coffee is Great but delivery time is too long.

Sour. Don't buy

I've spent so much money on onyx coffee and never had a cup that wasn't sour. Coarse grind, fine grind, drip makers, pour overs, it's all sour. Every single cup has been unbearably sour. I'm not wasting any more money on this roaster and throwing away what I have left.

Fabulous!

This stuff is amazing! A nice complex flavor that fits together just right. I will be buying more. I want to say that this one will be hard to too but idk what else is out there. Been slurping Starbucks for forever. This is definitely going to be getting me to experiment.

The near perfect coffee

Maybe the best coffee I've ever had - and I've been drinking coffee since I was nine! There's a slight bitter edge, and normally I don't like bitterness in coffee, but this was perfect, finishing a complex, chocolatey cup. Ground fine in a mocha pot. Goes well with milk.

A Let Down.

Not as good as I expected. Overpriced. Fancy box and only 10oz. I have had other roasts that I consider smoother.

Surprisingly good!

I tried three coffees at the SCG Bellevue store the other day and picked this one in a moment of adventurousness, expecting not to like it very much. I was pleasantly surprised, and it ended up being my favorite, and the one that went home with me. Loving it with a v60, and excited to try it with moka pot.
