Totally Love This Machine

I've had this machine for three weeks now and I LOVE it! I have been making all kinds of various coffees and combinations.. It is super easy to use and the results are spectacular. I did buy some more expensive beans than I usually use for my previous machine and that probably has upped my game no matter what, but honestly, the coffee drinks this machine makes are perfect -especially love the easy frothing, which I use daily.

Excellent, user friendly, great for a regular cup of coffee, cappuccino, cafe a latte, many more drinks that can be customized. Best feature is the milk carafe that is easy to clean and have the best cream to your special drinks! Get it won't regret! I find it is a better price point than 5300 for the same features.

Solid machine!

Solid machine, especially for the price. Have had it about 6 months and it's consistently making good coffee which I would say is on par with what I was getting from my previous Jura (Ena Micro 1). The milk frother is definitely easy to clean, my only gripe is the lid does not attach well (just sits on top) so can be a tip/mess hazard in the fridge. Having a cleanable brew group is nice too (definitely clean it? it gets messy in there!).

Nice machine for price point.

Performs as expected. Easy to use, good espresso and coffee. Milk frother does nice consistency. As stated in other reviews milk froth is too hot and comes across with a little burned flavor.

Solid option!

We've had this for ~2 years and its worked really well. Pretty easy maintenance, we like how it doesn't have tubing for the milk frother that needs to be cleaned and the easy to use settings are just fine for us. We tried some more expensive options (a Miele) and ultimately decided we didn't really need all of the super detailed features in that much more pricey option.

Good machine for the price

Pretty decent machine for the price. I just have issues with lots of water accumulating in the cleaning compartment. Otherwise it is easy to use and makes a good cup of coffee.

Review My Phillips 3200 Latte go

My Review of my Phillips 3200 Super Automatic espresso machine. I enjoy this unit very much . It makes a good coffee in all 5 types available and the separate hot water is clean for tea and such and fills a cup pretty quickly. My only gripe is this. The water tank is 62 oz. Yet I only get 4-5 6oz cups before having to refill it and I have to empty the drip tray after about 4-5 cups because its full . I use a drip cup to catch the discharge whenever I make a cup because it does a self clean and a pre soak of the beans and uses a few oz of water that comes out so I don't want my coffee watered down but the tray still fills up quickly . why I don't know . Now it works well and makes a good cup. There is 3 choices for the cup size. The icon on the screen will show 1 cup for 1 oz espresso , 2 cups is about 3 oz , and the max choice ( 3 cups showing in the icon on the screen can be customized to any size you want) I have mine set to 6 oz . You can adjust the grind settings via a knob in the hopper on top plus if you want to use a a pre ground you just add it to the pre-ground chute and set the coffee type by pushing the button on the bean setting until the little spoon appears instead of the bean. easy peasy. All in All if it wasn't for having only half the tank usable for the coffee and the rest in the drip tray Id give it 5 out of 5 stars but Im giving it 4 . One thing , take out the bean mechanism and clean it at least once a week , more if you make a lot of coffee every day. I make 4-5 cups coffee and tea so I do it once a week and make sure to lube it with the grease they provide , it takes a minute but its essential so it runs smooth. Its a very good machine if you care for it.

I traditionally make a quad macchiato. Will this machine do that?

Jake B.

Hello, To make an equivalent of a quad shot drink you'd want to first dispense a double shot using the 2x espresso button, then use the Latte Macchiato button to dispense the rest of the drink. That would be about equivalent to in between a triple and quad shot at most cafe's as it will be approximately 26-30 grams of coffee used at max strength for the entire drink.
