Definitely easy to use and as described. Certified refurbished was just as good if not better than new.

It looks new. It works great other than two things. 1. Water container sometimes needs to be pushed in a little harder than I would expect. 2. The puck box light comes on with only a few pucks in it. Makes great coffee and does it fast.

Does what it needs to do, without making a mess. When dispensing espresso, it first releases water, so every 1st espresso is a bit diluted. Milk frother is weak and only puts bubbles into the milk, with minimal foam.

No better than office coffee. Very disappointing. We sent it back.

My refurbished Philips 3200 LatteGo Superautomatic Espresso Machine arrived well packed and in good condition. Noting this is refurbished, not new, I did not expect original box or packaging. Overall, the unit was clean and all parts were included. There was a fair amount of loose coffee grounds inside the bag it was packed in and all over the inside of the machine so I had to do some cleaning before first use. The accessories include a ground coffee scoop that was shattered into several pieces and unusable. My first few brews were terrible! I have a lot of experience with Saeco superauto machines so knew that the machine needed to recalibrate to my coffee and grind settings. After about 10 brews, the coffee strength and flavor were greatly improved. The features on this machine are perfect for me. I like buying refurbished from SCG because I find that I have fewer issues with these units than brand new and the prices are great.

Pros:- Makes good coffee- Easy to clean and service the brew chamber- CompactCons:- There is only 1 water level sensor (empty) and it doesn't pre-load the water it needs for coffee, so if you start making coffee it can run out halfway and ask you to refill water, which ruins that cup.- Pre ground fill port isn't flush with the brew chamber so you end up spilling grounds all over the inside when you use it- Drip tray empty light comes on based on # of cups brewed since last time it was cleaned, so if you take it out while the machine is off and clean it you might get the light on even if you didn't make a single cup- I'm disappointed by the milk frother. It really doesn't work well with anything other than cow milk (oat milk does not work well at all) and even if it "clicked" into place it can drip milk all over.

This machine lived up to all the hype after all the research I did around the purchase, and a few helpful live chats I did with staff at SCG. I'm very happy with the quality of the espresso, latte and cappuccinos. We use oat milk, and with the right ones (e.g., barista blend, creamy) it creates decent foam. The automatic process of prepping and cleaning is also great. The only issue I have is that I bought a refurbished one, and SCG didn't explicitly write the description of the product that new aqua filters were not included as part of their refurb process. That required me to track down ones from Amazon as none were in stock at SCG. It's only in their general refurbished FAQ that I'd have no reason to read otherwise where that's stated.

Great coffee machine. Super easy to brew and clean. Only 2 negative comments. Even though I have it set to the “hottest” setting and the “most water per cup”, it doesn’t get as hot as I would prefer and to get enough coffee per cup, I have to brew 2 cups, back to back. Other than that, love it. And it does a great job with the steamer, milk is hot and nice froth.

It came properly packaged, and looked just like new! It also works great and I love having an easy espresso any time of the day. As expected, the first shot was watery, but by the 5th drink it was delicious.

So far we really like our coffee maker. Don’t need our Keurig anymore because it makes regular coffee as well as specialty coffees. Definitely recommend.

I do love this machine, I use to have an Idea and lasted for about 6 years, it was also refurbished from Seattle Coffee. This makes all the drinks (espresso, coffee, americano, cappuccino and lattes). I have had it 1 week and I believe I have found the settings I enjoy. Easy to use. The only complaint I have so far is the milk frother does not froth well, just hot milk. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a super automatic.

Just as good as going to Starbucks.
