First of all, I bought a refurbished one, and it is indistinguishable from new.I don't write a lot of reviews, but I am really happy with this machine so here goes. It's my fourth one too, (2x Gaggia Brera and a DeLonghi Eletta+) so I have a little experience and I love this one best.It makes great drinks and the menu is very intuitive: pick your drink, then pick beans, water, foam. It remembers all that too, so you can usually skip it and just press "go." It takes a moment to "get" it, it's worth it for something you use every day.Next, I love the latte-go frother. It has no moving parts -- it works from aerodynamics! That's just cool, and since it snaps apart elegantly, cleaning is cake. This is just great, and works better than my DeLonghi that costs more.I was apprehensive to buy this because my old Gaggia still worked fine, but since I use it so much and lament the chore and mess of steaming the milk, I took a chance. ...and very happy I did.
Machine looks brand new - works awesome! Highly recommend purchasing refurbished unit. Packages well, instructions included. Thank you!
