Love this machine! Worth every penny. It has a small footprint, grinds fresh beans, froths milk, all with a touch of a button! There is a learning curve so a lot of trial and error but once you get it your good!

I can?t say enough good things about this machine! Yes.. it?s expensive but I haven?t been buying a coffee every day so it will eventually pay for itself! I am having fun making pumpkin spice lattes, dirty vanilla chai, vanilla lattes etc. It is sooo easy to use and clean, which was super important for me because I am lazy and didn?t want a bunch of manual steps or cleaning steps

I was kept apprised of the availability and shipping details. Functions as described. Makes it quite easy to make a nice coffee drink.

I?ve had this now for about 6 weeks. I waited for years to buy a super automatic machine. i didn?t want to clean milk tubes or use a steamer. this machine is awesome. only down side, is i?m having so much fun making and trying different drink combos, that i?m drinking way more coffee. it?s really good coffee. Only serious downside is that i do have to make 3 coffee, or 3 cafe lattes to fill a 16oz cup. but that is still faster than brewing a pot, and there is almost zero cleanup. overall, i?m loving this machine.

I've owned at least 5-6 other espresso machines. This 4300 is by far the best...and it isn't the priciest one. The milk based drinks are the hottest of any other machine. It's easy to use and maintain. I highly recommend. This one was purchased for our Airstream. I have the Xelsis at home.

Perfect cup of delicious coffee every morning. It's so easy and convenient right from my very own home. You can not get the same taste from local coffee shops. I highly recommend this machine.

I was on the fence about this machine because at the time there weren't very many reviews and I am so glad I just made the decision to give it a try. I have had this machine for about a year and a half and I haven't had a single issue with it. I use it everyday and I am absolutely in love with it, It is perfect for my family and fits very nicely in my small kitchen.The only thing I would notate is when you are first setting up the machine it can be a little confusing if you don't have an understanding how semi auto espresso machines work. Luckily I had someone to help but there needs to be more videos or info available for people who don't have someone to help.Etc. how fine to grind your beans, how to get a solid puck after pulling a shot. You definitely only want to run a medium-dark roast or you will have issues with oil build up in your machine. I use Kirkland's Columbia Blend it has amazing flavor and doesn't cause any issues with the machine.

I purchased a Phillips Machine from Seattle Coffee Gear. The machine has intermittent problems. I had it in for service and the problem cleared for a couple of weeks and is back. Phillips customer service is horrible, their solution, send the machine back in for service again. I have to buy another box and packaging to send it back. Stay away from buying anything from Phillips!

Simple and dependable. It produces a consistently good drink. I used a semi automatic espresso machine for over a decade. When it was time to replace it, I chose this superautomatic, and I'm completely satisfied.

Love It. It works just like the description says. It makes perfect morning lattes. I also like to make chai and then top it with steam foamed milk. It's easy to use and intuitive. It's like having Starbucks in your own kitchen.

It leaks like crazy. Looking to replace it with something else if the warranty has expired on it. Hard to clean also. After a while, the coffee tastes very strange. I regret this purchase.

I had the older model, it worked for three years then I had to have serviced for $200.00. 4 months later the power cord shorted out so I purchased this new model. Much much better than the last. More options, more intuitive, easier to clean, everything's better. Should have purchased this rather than had the other one serviced.

The machine works well. It would be helpful to have better instructions regarding the differences between the various coffee drinks. It's a lot of trial and error figuring out the differences.

I love this machine! Obviously it makes delicious drinks but the selling point for me (over other brands that I was considering) was the ease of cleaning and maintenance. Cleaning is quick and easy and I can be confident that the frothing system isn't harboring nasty gunk. I love it and recommend it 10/10!

Phillips has cheapened these machines. We have had a Saeco Intella deluxe for over 5 years and it still works great. We recently purchased in September 2023 the EP3246. Last week the grinder made a weird noise and just started free spinning. Only 4 months of use... We have used the same beans the whole time and never changed in over 5 years. After doing some investigating I noticed that the grinding stone broke. They no longer use a metal auger to funnel the beans into the grinder. It is now plastic. The most used and stressed part of the machine and they decided to take a shortcut. Unfortunately, I'm only giving 1 star because they should know better than to use plastic. Fortunately, I am mechanically inclined and so I was able to order the two new stones and replace them, and get back to use in 3-4 days. I didn't waste my time going through Phillips as I already spent 2 days trying to get a warranty claim through SCG and they just sent me to Phillips.

fully automatic works like a dream. Does a good job frothing milk, very adjustable recipies for any coffee drink. It is nice in that you can save your favorite recipie and your housemate can save a different recipie for the same drink.

We love the Philips 4300 Expresso Coffee Maker but who'd have thought there'd be a Latte Macchiato sticker on the control panel that obliterated the panel making me think it wasn't working properly.

We've had this machine for a year now, and for the most part, we are happy with it. It is nice to wake up and simply press a button and have a coffee, an espresso, or even a latte in an instant. I do have some things about it that I would improve. The grinder is loud and not very fine. We have it set on the finest grind setting, and when I examine the pucks I can see the grounds are still quite corse. I suspect the reason for that is that the brew group is made of plastic and the bar pressure is not super high, therefore they purposefully keep the grind a little corse so that the pump can handle it. The brew group is easy to clean and reliable, despite being plastic. The latte go device is convenient, ingenious, and easy to clean, however, it needs to be replaced after one year of continuous use. The plastic has degraded, due I assume to the heat and pressure. Espresso quality is not the best due to the low bar and plastic brew group. I've run out of character space?

A friend recommended this to me! I love it! Watch the Seattle Coffee Gear YouTube channel, they do a great job explaining the machine and doing tutorials. This was what made my final decision to spend the money.

The machine is fantastic. I've had it a month and it's worked great. I like the cleaning functions. The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that it doesn't seem to make the drinks with milk hot enough for me.

Terrible experience with this machine. It broke down within a week of delivery, wouldn't make any coffee. Have never experienced with a brand new machine. Switched to a tried and tested Breville instead.

The frother is good but volume for two lattes insufficient. There are three heat settings but nowhere close to 160F achieved even on high setting. But in overview for someone w 5 prior super automatic Machines it is addictive simplicity.

We love it!! It's worth every penny so far and makes a wonderful variety of drinks.
