Hi! Can You adjust the brewing temperature on the Classe 5 USB version? And is it possible to program the pressure while doing a shot? Thank you!

Daniel L.

Not on this machine for both questions. The Classe 5 is an entry-level machine. For brew temperature control I recommend a Rocket R9, Slayer, or any La Marzocco with a PID. For pressure control, I recommend Slayer. Feel free to give us a call for more info.

What is the shot capacity per hour on the 2 group compact 240v?

Joshua S.

Hello! If you were just doing shots, no steam, the Classe 5 could easily handle 50-60 shots an hour, likely faster than your staff could actually make them. Where most machines hit a limit is with milk-based drinks, steaming tends to slow down your workflow much more than shots. To learn a little bit more about what machine you'd need for your use case, I'd recommend giving our wonderful commercial team a call at 866.372.4734.Hope this helps!
