Overview

Designed to improve your experience in the commercial setting, the Rancilio Commercial Portafilter with Single Spout has been engineered with extended spout and ergonomic grip for frequent use. While regular portafilter spouts are shorter with the expectation of home use, the Rancilio commercial spouts are designed to accommodate commercial machine dimensions so that your espresso will pour steadily into your shot glass without splashing or creating temperature drops due to a higher fall. Although this portafilter is intended for use with Rancilio commercial espresso machines, it will fit Rancilio home machines including the Silvia and Pro X.

Note: Portafilter basket not included

Their home machines are easy to get started on, but with some practice and care you’ll be producing café quality beverages from the comfort of your kitchen.

Well made.. Works very well in our Sylvia

The portafilter has a good feel in hand and is well balanced. The filter basket holds 20g with room to spare so I can easily pull a "competition" shot. The filter basket also is well made with a very consistent hole diameter and a well a balanced hole pattern...Well done.

Perfect Fit andFunction

Title says it all. Pulling a shot for myself is more pleasant with a single spout PF.

Excellent OEM replacement

Ordered this as a replacement for a Rancilio single-spout portafilter we've been using continually for years (on two successive Sylvia machines) when the plating over the brass inside itr wore through. We considered trying to find someone to re-plate the old one, but went with this one instead. Seattle Coffe Gear had the best price and the order was delivered quickly. The only (minor) nit is the shape of the new spout. We've been running a stream of water into the spout to pop out the grounds before removing the basket and the geometry of the new spout prevents that.

Does this fit the Breville Barista Touch?

Patrick C.

It does not, this portafilter is designed for Rancilio machines, and it the incorrect size to work with the Barista Touch.

Does anyone know if this fits the Rancilio Classe 5?

Hello! Trying to decide between this single spout PF, and the bottomless PF. Mostly pulling double shots, ideally into an espresso cup, but with the current dual spout PF I end up having to use a Cappuccino cup to prevent dripping down the outside of the cup. The single spout would appear to alleviate this problem, but how will it affect the Crema? Gail? Cat? How about a CR of spouts?? Been enjoying Mr & Mrs Rancilio, thanks for all of your help!
