Would this fit a Rocket Giotto Evoluzione v2 knob. Could be fun to make some modification. Also, the Rocket Fausto grinder can you buy a shorter bean hopper thing?? Or, can you recommend something that would work but not from Rocket??

Hello! The R58 chrome knob cover will not fit the evoluzione knob, unfortunately. They are threaded differently since the R58's knobs are turned outward. If you're looking for a smaller espresso-quality grinder, the Eureka Mignon, or Baratza Forte are both phenomenal choices. Hope this helps!
