Loved my appartamento even without the steel rail. But always felt like I’ve been missing something on my machine. So i think all must have the stainless steel rail just because it looks way better with it. A couple days ago started looking for the thing but wasn’t available anywhere. Then i put myself on the waiting list to know when available. So after a day i got an email saying they are now. Ordered it right away and so satisfied after getting it on my lovely Rocket Appartamento. Kind of an expensive thing but quite sure the SCG’s price is less then anywhere else for the rail . At least o couldn’t find .

It’s beautiful and fitted so well. Much better than the original plastic one.

Have had my Appartamento for almost four years and lived with the plastic rail as if it ain't broke don't fix it thinking. Well, I finally broke it and could justify the steel rail. It looks good, fits well and will last as long as my machine does!

The stainless steel rail looks and works great! It should be included in the purchase of the rocket espresso machine. The plastic one is junk and came broken in my delivery.

It finishes the the Appartamento Espresso machine better than the plastic rail included. However, the quality is not nearly the same as the machine, and really should come standard. Overall the espresso machine looks and performs wonderfully.

Arrived very quickly. A nice upgrade to the Appartamento that should be provided with the machine instead of the cheap plastic rail.

It fits snugly and is so much more sturdy than the plastic one that comes with the machine. It ought to come this way.

The rail looks great. Of course, it should have come installed from the factory. It still boggles my mind how Rocket who considers themselves a premium company and have a reputation of producing visually stunning products would send out a machine with plastic anything. My plastic cup rail didn't even come intact. I didn't even bother contacting them because I had no intention of using it.

Much sturdier and nicer looking than the crappy plastic rail that broke soon after purchase of the machine. Knocking off a star because a machine in this price range should have the stainless rail to begin with. Also-I find the price to be pretty steep. Despite these gripes I’m happy with the purchase and got great service and quick shipping! Thank you SCG.

Slightly wide by and off level by a hair (or was it my Appartamento?), but still fit! Looks really sharp and is very heavy duty solid steel. I am no longer worried the plastic one will break and all my ceramic double walled cups will go crashing to the table. If you wonder why it costs so much, its because the price of steel and the nice polish they put on it.

This just adds just a bit more cool to your already righteous machine. A "go" all the way!

Does this addition make a better espresso.............YES!! Not really but it looks really great on the machine. Expensive for what it is? Yes. But if you are looking to make the machine cooler this is the ticket.

I just received my rail. It is solid stainless, and just as thick as the plastic part it replaces.
