Fantastic machine and value!

I love this espresso machine! Been using it for almost a month now and it?s been fantastic. I was worried about it being open box but other than a few small scratches it?s been working great and I?ve been pulling some amazing and consistent shots. For the open box price, you can?t beat this!

I’m in the BIG leagues now...or what level of bougie are you comfortable with?

Great! Wonderful machine. Requires a higher end grinder!

Very good machine (first machine for me)

One of the water lines was not properly connected when the machine arrived but it was very easy to troubleshoot (the pump was making a weird noise, the "no water" light was blinking) and fix (open the machine, plug the pipe, close the machine). The machine looks great and it's straightforward to use and maintain.I plugged it to a smart plug, it turns on 30minutes before I wake up so it's always ready for me when I need it.It's my first espresso machine, coming from moka pots, I have to say that I wasn't ready for the workflow and daily cleaning. But I'm getting there.Sometimes I feel like I need a coffee in the morning before making my espresso :)I wish there was a pre-warning to tell me that the water is about to finish so the machine won't stop in the middle of the workflow. I might add a float or something to show the water level from outside of the machine. Also I have to be careful when cleaning the drip tray as some edges and corners are very sharp.

Very nice

Very nice machine works just like the videos. Its very heavy, and very shiny chrome. It is the center piece in my kitchen.

After reviewing my options for roughly 3 months, this is my first step in to prosumer grade espresso machines after upgrading from a Delonghi Dedica with non-pressurized baskets. I'm amazed at the difference in the taste and quality of the shots, even when using exactly the same beans. Using this with a Profitec M54 grinder. The machine itself oozes quality and looks amazing. The PID is amazing. No need for a cooling flush because of this.
