White filters really do make a difference! Crisp and clean letting more of the delicate flavors through and absolutely no aftertaste. The brown filters have a chalky and dulling effect on the flavor when you compare side by side. I’ll never go back to the brown filters. As far as brand, I only trust the Technivorm white filters for my wonderful Technivorm coffee maker. —cheers!

Paper is bit thin, removing it from plastic cone filter after brewing with soggy grounds is not sturdy. #4 Filter shape doesn't fit Moccamaster plastic cone filter too well which is surprising. I used "if you care" brand (brown but no cardboard taste) for many years which is better on those two things.

I'm beginning to question if I should use the brown filters. I actually rinse the Technivore filters before I put the coffee beans in so that my coffee doesn't taste sour or tart from the beach on the white filter.

Works as advertised. The machine only comes with a few filters, so these are a necessity when purchasing a new Moccamaster.

Better than Melita for neutral taste. These were formally branded "Filtropa" from the Netherlands. Please be patient as my original order arrived 5 days late (USPS). Seattle was kind and reshipped Fedex before I could notify them of events.I love Seattle

I know they are only paper filters, but with these ones for some reason I was able to get the flavor I like. you pay the premium but for me is worth it, also Seattlecoffeegear sent them very nice packaged.

They have the little tab to make it easier to open. I think that gets 5 stars for a cone filter, not much else to say really.

Technivorm filters really pull out any bitter oils that may be present, so if you're starting with good and properly ground coffee, all you get is the rich flavor from your beans. I'm a home-roaster, using a burr grinder, so I'm obviously pretty fussy, but I think most coffee drinkers will taste a real difference between these Technivorm filters and other brands. These are the gold standard.

I hadn’t realized how much better these are at not imparting paper flavors to the coffee until I started rinsing my generic paper filters. With these you don’t have to rinse the paper before making coffee, and they impart even less flavor than a rinsed generic filter.I’m going to use these exclusively from now on. The grocery store cheapos are false economy if you care about the flavor of your drip coffee and/or don’t want to waste water.Incidentally these also fit in my Technivorm better than any other filter. It saves me a few seconds of pressing the filter in every time.

I can tell the difference and it's good. The taste of my coffee is better than a name brand, brown filter.

I always use the Technivorm filters in my Moccamaster coffeemaker which I absolutely love. Their filters are thicker than other ones you can buy so I think the coffee tastes better with them.

Recommended by MFR and SCG. No paper taste at all. No glue residue. Excellent choice in filter. Sometimes I do pre rinse them and sometimes I do not. Really can not tell a difference either way. I would recommend these filters.

Filters seem to be of very good quality . Nice taste ( different, fresh) with the same coffee that we have been using with other filter. We always purchase whole bean and grind with a burr grinder . Technivorm's filters lend a new meaning to "Paper thin." Being thinner, they absorb less of the coffee flavor, hence, it ends up in the cup!

Purchased these when I purchased my new Bonavita, on the recommendation of the sales rep. that was helping me over the phone. Fits nicely, doesn't collapse and easy clean up- love it!

I have found these to be the best coffee filters available. I use them with my Technivorm Moccamaster for a great cup of coffee. There is virtually no paper taste. Much better than all other filters.

The filters produce a great cup of coffee. Great taste and easy to remove when you are done brewing. Why mess with success? You buy good coffee, why not buy great filters? The OEM of Technivorm, too nerdy?
