Rocket Double Filter Basket

Rocket's double basket is capable of holding exactly 18 grams of finely ground coffee (...give or take a gram, depending on your process) to produce a clean 2 ounces of espresso. This basket is designed to fit neatly into any portafilter from the Rocket Espresso line; however, because this basket uses the standardized 58mm diameter size - it will also fit well inside most other 58mm sized portafilters. Try using this basket with a bottomless portafilter to see its true ability in action!

Really great basket. Definitely an upgrade and fits both stock Rocket handles. Also works really well with the naked portafilter. Ordering a second one to for the my Rocket handle so I don?t have to move the grind setting or change out between handles.

Filter basket review

The filter baskets fit well for a Rocket double porta filter. Nice and snug and pours nicely. No problems at all after using for 7 days pulling many many shots.

Is the base of this basket 58mm? or is it tapered like the double that comes with the appartamento?

This is a larger basket than what comes with the Appartamento, and has non-tapered sides. Your Appartamento likely came with a 14g 58mm basket. This is an 18g 58mm basket. It will hold more coffee.
