Took awhile to figure out how it works. At 70+ years old, not sure how I like it. Too much to figure out.

The Breville Luxe Thermal coffee maker is outstanding. I use the water filter to remove water impurities. I also use the Breville Smart Grinder Pro. After about a week of experimenting with different "fineness" of grinds, I was able to come up with desired strength of brew without a "muddy" taste. It tastes so good that I no longer use any half and half in my coffee.

Within 60 days of purchase the water tank began leaking out the bottom. When it was full of water on the counter it did not leak, but start the machine, and water everywhere. Worse was that Breville customer service was not helpful in the least. I opened a case with them and they refused to help. They would respond with the same questions every time. I logged into their site with my case number and what I said was in the file but nothing else. I called today and it said that they are experiencing a several hour wait for technical support. It is like they are stuck in the pandemic. I recommend avoiding this company.

That coffee maker is so loud in the morning. It is ridiculous and I'm still waiting for a replacement part.
