Hands down, this grinder is a beast and worth every penny! I've always wanted an Atom 75 for my coffee bar, and the videos and pictures just don't give it justice. I upgraded the burrs to "Eureka Red Speed" and they took it to another level somehow (23 grams in 3 seconds). The only flaw on the atom 75 would be the interface or screen, it's just outdated but that's because when the grinder came out it was probably the best available but I do wish that was able to be upgraded. I can't recommend a grinder more, if you're in the market for a grinder and 1200ish is over your budget then just wait until you get the money, I had a DF64 with all different style burrs, a DF83 with 2 different style burrs and I still wanted this grinder. Buy It!

Wow! What an amazing grinder. I purchased the Breville Dual Boiler knowing that I wanted to invest in an NSF approved grinder. This is my first semi-automatic espresso machine and eventually want to get a La Marzocco. If you are interested in having amazing espresso, having a consistent grind is so important. This grinder is so easy to dial in and so pleasing to the eye to look at every morning. I can’t recommend this grinder enough. If you want amazing coffee/espresso, start with a great grinder.

Let me start off by saying that the results I'm getting in the cup with this grinder are better than anything I was making before. The Atom 75 repeatedly produces an 18g dose of fluffy, consistent grinds in under 3seconds. My previous grinder was a Mazzer Mini w/ Doser.So why 4 stars?I grind directly into the PF––and as is inevitable with timed dosing––the coffee occasionally runs over. Not a huge deal, but the way the PF fork is designed, there are gaps that the grinds flow into that require you to remove the holder with a hex tool in order to clean it. This leads to residual bits trickling out and onto my countertop throughout the day. Given the fact the 75 doesn't come with a tray like some of the other grinders in its price range, I find myself wiping down the counter more often than I'd like to. As I stated, this is not a deal breaker, but just something that prospective buyers may want to account for. A dosing cup might be in my future.

Consistent, easy to dial in the grind and a quality build, I really like this grinder.

Ease of operation is awesome. So there is nothing that I disliked that matters. It does seem the dose would be aimed a bit more in the center of the portafilter a little more naturally. Seems like I have to make certain the angle is proper purposely. Distributes the the back instead of center. If you're not careful it will overflow the back.

Arrived safely. Well packaged. As described. Bottom line: I would recommend this to a friend.

Fast and consistant.

I've owned mine for two years when it all of the sudden stopped functioning. Timer and front panel still function, but motor stopped. Have to send it in for repairs at an unknown cost. Have done a lot of online research and the problem is not uncommon. BTW, this machine has been fully maintained and is like brand new on the inside. I would avoid this machine.

I have been very happy with the Eureka Mignon Specialita for the past two years with my Rocket Giotto R. Ariel recommended getting the Atom 75 to pair with my new Rocket R Nine One. I was skeptical that this would translate to a big jump in consistency of the grinds and associated improvement in flavor, especially going from 55 to 75 mm burrs. However, the difference is far from subtle. You must buy this grinder if you if are looking to make an amazing, smooth, and deeply flavorful espresso that is completely reproducible with no bitterness. Ariel is my hero!

The best grinder I ever owned! I upgraded from the original Eureka Atom 60mm and I'm very impressed. This grinder is very powerful and fast. The Atom 75 grinds 21 grams of coffee in 3.2 seconds compared to the original Atom at 9.8 seconds for 21 grams, so it's quite an improvement in speed. Another positive about this grinder is that the impeller for the hopper was removed which solved the popcorning issue for when the hopper gets low on beans. Lastly, the LED light is brighter and there's more precise control over the grind time.One quality that I don't like: the grinder's sound has a higher pitch compared to the original Atom; even though it's a quiet grinder, the higher pitch makes it seem louder and more disturbing for early morning use. Also, I wish the portafilter holder would have more angle adjustment, like the original Atom.Overall, I would recommend this grinder! Also, prepare to grind through a pound of beans to get your grind dialed for first use :)

I love this grinder. It?s fast, consistent, and non-clumpy.

We love our new Eureka Atom 75. My wife was concerned about the height of the grinder on her counter but the short hopper help to bring the height equal to our Rocket espresso machine.

It really is possible to grind for your other half's and yours coffee without waking up your light-sleeper child. Much better than that; it is so quick that it only needs 3 secs to make fluffy supreme grinds for espresso... :) Can't be happier than this!

A definite upgrade. Grind and custom quantity is awesome! Gives consistent espresso!!

I had a mini mazzer electronic with major ( I think ) burrs, grind time was down to about 12s vs 20s for a shot with standard burrs, this is approximately 3.5, its quiet, the grind is consistent and not clumpy, it doesnt spray espresso everywhere, i don't need a portafilter funnel anymore and it doesn't clog all the time like the mazzer. The controls are easy and logical and I love the grind light, makes great espresso, My 4th and so far best prosumer grinder I had 2 Mazzers and a Compak.
